Index-Cool Fire & Safety (S) Pte Ltd was established in 1996 and specialises in the survey and maintenance of Fire & Safety equipment systems and apliances including Breathing Apparatus on board the vessels. We undertake design, conversion and retrofitting of existing Halon fixed installation systems to CO2, FM 200 or other environment-friendly agents/systems.

Our total package of services on fire and safety inspectins services which range from fire extinguishers to fixed installation systems, and life-rafts enable Ship Owners/Shipyard/Ship Operators/Ship Managers to rely on us for a reliable and highly efficient services.

We are starting our comercial activities after having brought the wealth of expertise from the Marine Industry to Commercial and Industrial Building. Our technicians have the ability to provide and service the full range of Fire Extinguishers, Rising Mains, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Detection Systems and other Fire & Safety euipment.

Our reliable services have been recognised by the Major Marine Classification Societies, which include Lloyds Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping, Registro Italiano Navale, Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyds, US Coast Guard etc, for the Marine Industry and the Singapore Civil Defense Force for Commercial and Industrial Buildings, our company is also linked to many approved Fire & Safety companies around the world under the umbrella of Index-Cool Fire & Safety International organisation.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
- we are auhorised to inspect, service and certify alltypes of portable/trolley type fire extinguishers. These include Dry Powder, Water, Foam and CO2 Fire Extinguishers.
- Liferaft inspection, servicing and recertifiacation services provided. Rental and sales of makers of liferaft can be arranged
- Breating Apparatus cylinders for Hydro-Testing and refilling purposes. These services are approved by US COAST GUARD for US-registered vessels (US DOT Facilities).
- Refilling, inspection and maintenance of Life Breathing Air Bottles used by US Naval Vessels for diving and special operations purposes. US DOT Facilities are setup to serve Fire & Safety equipment of US registered vessels/ equipment, oil rigs or offshore vessels.
- We are also specialised in maintenance, inspection and certification of Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems. These include CO2, Halon 1311, Clean Gas Dry Powder, Foam & Water Sprinkle.
- Approved by Government Body Singapore Civil Defence and other Jajor Classification Societies like ABS RINA, US COAST Guard etc.
- Servicing, inspection and maintenance of Breathing Apparatus Sets, ELSA & Medical Set and other relevant life-saving sets as approved by Major Classification Societies i.e. ABS, RINA, US COAST Guard Civil Defence Force for the Commercial and Industrial Sector.
